DJ BOY LLC (“CMMNDCNTR,” “we,” “us”) provides campaign command center software to political campaigns, committees and organizations (“Clients”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- From visitors and Clients: name, email, phone, organization details and anything you send us through our forms.
- Inside the app: the campaign plan and drafts a Client creates are kept on the Client’s own computer. The app reads counts and progress from the Client’s connected tools, not voter names or phone numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs, kept for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, support and secure our software.
- To respond to inquiries and send service-related messages.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
3. Client data stays with the Client
Campaign data belongs to the Client. We do not sell it, share it with other Clients or use it for our own marketing.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our services (such as hosting) under confidentiality obligations, with authorities when the law requires it, and with a successor in a merger or sale under this same policy. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We keep records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect data.
6. Your rights

7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
